Icefields Parkway from Jasper

We easily spotted Athabasca Glacier in the distance.  It is one of the icy prongs of the Columbia Icefield and is receding at a rate of about 2 - 3m per year. Get there quick before it disappears! Select the photo below to see it as we drive a bit closer.
