Icefields Parkway from Jasper

From back up on the road again you get a better idea of the enormous size of the Athabasca Glacier. That is a bus you can see in the middle of the photo, driving over the glacier taking hikers further out onto the glacier to begin a trek. We can't see a lot of the glacier as it is quite an overcast day and the clouds are sitting low on the mountains.
