Yoho National Park, British Columbia

Wapta Lake is the source of the Kicking Horse River and is formed from Cataract Brook and Blue Creek in Yoho National Park. As we drive east along the Trans-Canada Highway on the north shore of the lake, we spotted a train on the Canadian Pacific Railway skirting along the opposite shore.
