Banff National Park, Alberta

We headed south again down the Bow Valley Parkway and set  up camp at Castle Mountain Campground  for the night. It is a grassy, wooded area with a creek running through the center near the base of Castle Mountain. It was raining on and off but we managed to get our last campfire going well enough to cook a meal. Next morning we drove towards Banff crossing the Bow River again. Select the photo to see the bridge where I am taking this photo from. An eagle was feeding young in its nest which was built on the bridge structure. I wasn't fast enough with the camera to get the eagle in the photo.
