Cruise Juneau to Ketchikan - Alaska

We had all day in Juneau so decided to first catch the local bus which left from the terminal 5 mins walk from the ship, and headed out to Mendenhall Glacier. It was only 15 mins from town. The Mendenhall glacier flows for 12 miles down the Mendenhall Valley to its terminus near the visitor center where we were standing to take this photo.
