The Basilica of Our Lady of Good Counsel is a Roman Catholic Minor Basilica in Shkoder. It sits at the foot of Rozafa Castle that you can just see on top of the rocky hill behind it. Most rocky hills seem to have some sort of ruins on them! Select the photo below to see inside.
