Albany

There are a series of fissures in the granite. When large waves force water under the rocks, the pressure causes the water to spurt into the air through these holes. It makes loud hissing noises when this happens. Have a look at the blowhole up close. When we were there the ocean was relatively calm so we didn't see any large 'blows'.
