UK and Europe Roadtrip - Aggsbach

The charterhouse of Aggsbach is a former Carthusian monastery founded in the 1300s. It was closed down by Emperor Joseph II in 1782 with some parts destroyed and others converted into a castle. A church tower was added to the original Carthusian church and subsequently became a parish church. Select the photo below to see inside.
