UK and Europe Roadtrip - Krems and Stein

This is St Nicolas Church which has a steep staircase that leads from it to the former Frauenberg Church next door. It was built around 1380 and now a memorial for fallen soldiers. The churches were under renovation which seems to be an ongoing state of affairs with these old churches and buildings. St Nicolas parish church has a plaque stating some of the buildings have been here since 1263. Select the photo below to see more.
