UK and Europe Roadtrip - Brussels

We decided to explore St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral next. A romanesque-style collegiate church was built on this site in the 11th century and relics of St Gudula were transferred here. The building of the present church started in the 1200s and it was finally given cathedral status in 1962.
