Burleigh Beaches, Gold Coast - Queensland

The Burleigh Headland is a National Park and has a couple of walks that skirt around the point to Tallebudgera Crrek on the other side. This is the view north from the top trail. The bottom trail was closed this time due to rock slides after the recent heavy rains. We walked through the lush green forests with scrub turkey mounds (nests) and saw plenty of birdlife along with a goanna.
