Further east was another popular Darwin swimming beach near Dripstone Cliffs. The tide was out when we were there but when it comes in it comes right in close to the cliff edge. Although people do swim here I would be wary of the saltwater crocodiles especially after times of flooding when they may be displaced from their usual hunting grounds.
