Frederick IV died at 36 in the year 1610. He ruled the Electorate of the Palatinate and was known as the Imperial Elector of the Rhine in the Holy Roman Empire. The plaque beside this statue has the roman numerals for 1607. Select the photo below to see more statues of various rulers.
