UK and Europe Roadtrip - Argos

This medieval site high above Argos is made up of the citadel at the top and a curtain wall surrounding it, reenforced by towers. Larisa Castle was still playing a defensive role during the Greek War of Independence in 1821. We parked and decided to explore the ruins on foot. Select the photo below to see more.
