On the same hill as Larissa Castle, the Katakekrymeni Monastery was founded in the 1700s as a Greek Orthodox nunnery. Its full name is Panagia-Katakekrymeni-Portokalousa Argos which means 'Our Hidden Lady the Orange-Bearer of Argos'. Select the photo below to see more of the view.
