Karijini National Park , Hamersley Ranges

These are spring-fed permanent falls that tumble down over the blocks of rock that form the gorge walls into the plunge pool below. The silica salts seep out of the walls of the rock and crystalise to make the white material on the gorge walls in various places as you see here on the left.
