Nitmiluk - Katherine Gorge National Park

Only 5 of the 13 gorges are accessible by organised tours. The rest can be accessed from the 100kms of walking tracks through the park. There is even a marked trail that takes you from Katherine Gorge to Edith Falls over 3 days with designated campsites on the way.
