Brisbane to Melbourne Roadtrip

Back travelling down the Murray Valley Highway heading east, we stopped at the Torrumbarry Wier. There is an information centre there that is worth a look and nice grounds for a picnic. This is the fish ladder to the side of the wier. This one of many wiers and dams along the Murray River. This one has a lock to allow boats to pass through.
