Brisbane to Melbourne Roadtrip

We wandered through the historic port and museums of Echuca. Until the 1860's a Log Buggy like this used to move logs from the forests to the river for transportation to sawmills. Echuca was one of the busiest inland ports transporting cargo along the Murray River. Eventually road and rail took over in the very early 1900s.
