BallaBalla - Whim Creek

Once we hit the coastal highway we headed north for a short while and stopped for lunch at the historic Whim Creek hotel. Copper has been mined here on and off for years and they used to ship it out through a Port at BallaBalla. This became unprofitable and the port closed and town was abandoned years ago. The only people that stay at BallaBalla now are campers interested in fishing or crabbing.
