Hawkes Bay to Rotorua, New Zealand

Not far down the highway, we spotted a great free camp for next trip, right beside the Mohaka river with views along Mohaka Gorge. This river is also well known for trout fishing and they say it is best fished when the whitebait are running in October and November.
