Hawkes Bay to Rotorua, New Zealand

Wine tasting at the Millton Winery near Gisborne was a pretty relaxed affair. The owner was into biodynamics and showed us the stag's bladder he had hung in a tree outside for 2 seasons. They would use it as fertiliser. We also stopped at Bushmere Estate winery and as well as purchasing some really nice wines, we were treated to wonderful food morsels in between each tasting to complement the wines. Yum!
