Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukaki to Oamaru and Kakanui

We walked up to the end of the beach and back to work up an appetite, found lots of paua shells washed up, then settled down for what had become our usual drinks and nibblies to end the day. We had the strawberries we had bought near Duntroon, the cheeses we had bought at Oamaru and a nice New Zealand wine - what more could you ask for?  No sunset though, as we were once again on the east coast.
