This area would have to rival 'The Garden of Eden' you would think. Very pretty! The walking track follows along beside the Waitomo Stream which, after leaving the Ruakuri Natural Tunnel, continues on towards the Waitomo Glowworm Cave where it goes underground again.  Select the photo below to see more of this area.
