Ski Trip to Perisher Blue, New South Wales

The next day we took the Quad to the top of Back Perisher Mt then skied across to Blue Cow and did a couple of the runs there but it was quite windy. From there we skied across the traverse trail to Guthega and spent some time on those runs. We were very pleased to come out of one of the runs and see the Burning Log Bistro. A chance for a break and lunch. It was lovely at Guthega as it was protected from the wind.
