UK and Europe Roadtrip - Turda

In town we parked next to the Catholic Church. St Marys was built in the Gothic style in the late 1400s on the site of an older church. The major leaders in Transylvania all met here in 1568 at The Diet of Torda where they were first to proclaim 'Freedom of Religion' across Transylvania.
