UK and Europe Roadtrip - Corvins Castle

The circular White Tower was added in the 1600s for defence purposes. The steeple with a bronze knight on top was added in the 1800s. The holes around the tower were for attacking the enemy eg pouring hot oil out on them. Select the photo below to see more.
