UK and Europe Roadtrip - Bucharest

On the left is a Monument to Eugeniu Carada (1836 - 1910) a Romanian economist, that sits outside the bank. There is also a glass covered excavation showing the remains of the building that was originally on this site. We passed the Romanian National Library leaving Bucharest.
