UK and Europe Roadtrip - Budapest

We came into the city of Budapest across the Elisabeth Bridge that connects Buda on the western side and Pest on the eastern side of the River Danube. An imposing statue of St Gerard Sagredo, an influential monk from the 1000s, sits on the hill surrounded by columns overlooking the river and bridge. Select the photo below to see more of the city.
