The city of Budapest was created from uniting three nearby towns in 1873, Buda, Óbuda, and Pest, hence the name Budapest. The Holy Crown of Hungary, that you also see in Hungary's coat of arms, is displayed in the central hall of the Hungarian Parliament Building. Select the photo below to see more.
