Tangalooma Resort, Moreton Island, SE Queensland

It is pretty obvious that Moreton Island is a sand island. Further south of the resort there is a dirt track which winds upward through the bush to The Desert which is an enormous sand blow, 42 hectares in size. Sand toboganning is popular there.
