Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 5 - Larks Distillery

Lark was the first Australian Craft Whisky. They produced the first Tasmanian made single malt since 1839. Notice it is Whisky not Whiskey so there might be a Scottish link there as the Scots spell it whisky and the Irish spell it whiskey.
