UK Roadtrip - Tattershall

The Church was built in the late 1400s at the instigation of Lord Cromwell, Chancellor to Henry VI then finished under the guidance of the Bishop of Winchester. It retains much of its original structure apart from the stained glass windows which were mostly removed mid 1700s under instruction of the vicar at that time and replaced by plain glass. Sad!
