Roadtrip UK - Edmundsbury Cathedral

Edmundsbury Cathedral has an interesting copy of an icon painted in 1363 that once resided in a Greek Monastery (left). The artist used pigments and gold leaf in 2009, to create this image of Jesus Christ . The stained glass window (right) commemorates important religious and royal figures with some of the glass dating back to windows created in the 1800s.
