In the Ante-Chapel there are statues of six of the famous men of Trinity College. Sir Frances Bacon (left) known as 'The Father of scientific methodology' was admitted to Trinity at 13 years old! The poet Lord Tennyson (right) left Trinity without a degree, owing to his father's illness.
