UK and Europe Roadtrip - Cobham

The Cobham Mausoleum looks a bit like a Roman Temple with Doric columns and detailed carvings. It was meant to house the bodies of Darley family members starting with the death of the 3rd Earl in the late 1700s. The steps descended to a vaulted crypt which had openings for 32 coffins. It was never used for its intended purpose however.
