UK and Europe Roadtrip - Scotney Castle

The inside of the Old Scotney Castle is a work in progress for the National Trust. The door on the right is a 'priest hole', the hiding place of the priest Father Blount from 1591 - 1598. The catholic Darrell Family hid him there during the time that Catholicism was illegal in England.
