Calgary to Banff - Alberta Canada

After a catch-up day, washing, visiting with friends, shopping, we did a day trip to Banff. We took the gondola (chairlift) up Sulphur Mountain and enjoyed the views as it took you up 700m. The Summit Upper Terminal is almost 2300m above sea level and you have a 360 view of various Rocky Mountain ranges. You can see the Bow River in the centre of the photo and Banff in the distance over to the left.
