Alaska and Canada Holiday

Heading back, we stopped for a fox crossing the road. These roads run alongside sheer cliffs with no guardrails and are narrow and unpaved. The freeze-thaw cycle make the cost of maintaining the road too high to pave it. We know the drivers are trained in navigating the sharp mountain curves but being on the right side of the bus and the right side of the road on the way back made it quite nervewracking, especially when we had to pass another bus.
