Fairbanks to Valdez, Alaska Canada Holiday

The blue waters of Summit Lake are crystal clear. We didn't try but are told that Summit Lake offers some of the finest freshwater fishing in Alaska. Even on an overcast day like this it was beautiful. Have a look at more of the scenery in this area taken from the Richardson Memorial - he was in charge of building this highway in 1932.
