Valdez to Anchorage - Alaska

A bystander who seemed to know what he was talking about estimated this to be a three year old bear. They stay with their mother for the first two years and this one was not very experienced at catching his own fish. He took ages to catch the first one but then caught three in a row as he got better at judging it. We were fascinated at the fact we could stand so close (not too close!!!) and watch this. It was amazing.
