Anchorage to Kenai Peninsula - Alaska

The tunnel itself was interesting but the town was nothing like what we expected. There were dilapidated and abandoned buildings everywhere and the roads were not maintained passed the cruise terminal which was the first thing you came to. These two buildings, the Anchor Inn and the shopping centre seemed to be in reasonable shape. Luckily the scenery was still beautiful though and heading out of town there was a series of motel cabins that looked nice.
