Anchorage to Hubbard Glacier - Alaska

At the end of Hubbard Glacier is a small opening into Russell Fiord. This opening into Disenchantment Bay is periodically blocked by the glacier and Russell Fjord then turns into a lake. The entrance was most recently closed for a few months in 1986, and again briefly in 2002. Have a look at Hubbard glacier up closer.
