Nanaimo to Telegraph Cove - Vancouver Island

Another stop and another short trail to the beach. We followed the boardwalk trail through redcedar and hemlock trees with lush forest floors covered in ferns, moss, fallen trees and mushrooms. Have a look at one of the banana slugs we spotted on our walk. They were about 10 - 15cm long and various shades of dark yellow.
