UK and Europe Roadtrip - Brussels

We made our way to the Grand Place, a Market Square which is dominated by the imposing Town Hall building. The tower is more than 90m high. A gilded copper statue of the Archangel Saint-Michel, patron saint of the City of Brussels, sits on top of the spire. We were lucky to be here for the Belgian Beer Weekend, hence all the tents in the foreground. Select the photo to see more.
