Bundaberg - Burnett Heads

The Burnett River flows through the city and divides Bundaberg in two. At the river heads there is good fishing off the rocks or by boat. You can get to Lady Musgrave island by boat in two hours - take the day cruise. It is a coral island on the Great Barrier Reef. You can camp there or stay at the resort. We have yet to do that - next time.
