Burleigh Beaches, Gold Coast - Queensland

From the top of the Miami Rock you see right down the beach to Burleigh Heads and in the distance and (it is a bit hazy today) all the way down the Gold Coast beaches to Coolangatta. Apart from the two surfclubs and attached kiosks, restaurants and pool, none of the buildings are on the ocean front. A park with BBQ and picnic facilities, bikeway and walkway, runs the length of the area along with the access road. The buildings are on the other side of that road. It is a well planned area unlike some of the other beaches.
