Burleigh Beaches, Gold Coast - Queensland

There are three flagged, patrolled beaches along the Burleigh to North Burleigh stretch. It is very calm today but it is still best to swim between the flags as there can be rips that you don't easily see and you could be dragged out of your depth quickly. The new surf clubhouse here at North Burleigh has a great bar and food area that looks right over the dune onto the beach.
