Cape Leveque, Dampier Peninsula - WA 2006

Album 30 - We left Middle Lagoon to continue up to Cape Leveque at the northern tip of the Dampier Peninsula. We had not booked the campground until the day before and so we were only able to get one night at Kooljaman Campground. It is always booked out at this time of year apparently. Alternatively, you can camp in the Aboriginal communities near One Arm Point and Chile Creek which are east and south of the Cape but we were happy with one night at Kooljaman then back to Middle Lagoon for a few days.
