Dampier - Burrup Peninsula

Dampier is named after the English buccaneer William Dampier, who visited in 1688. From here we have a view of the Dampier wharf and the iron ore loading facilities. Pilbara Iron exports millions of tons of iron ore every year from its Dampier facilities.
